Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 30 June 2026
MarketiStats ("we", "us", or "our") lets you connect social media accounts — including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X/Twitter — to retrieve analytics on your behalf. When you connect an account, we store OAuth access tokens and your public channel name and metrics. This page explains how to delete that data at any time.
1. Disconnect a single channel
To remove the data associated with one connected account (for example, your Instagram or Facebook channel) without deleting your whole MarketiStats account:
- Log in at marketistats.com/dashboard.
- Open the project the channel is connected to and find it in the channel list.
- Click Disconnect. The OAuth token for that account is deleted immediately, and we stop retrieving any data from it.
2. Delete your entire account and all data
To erase your MarketiStats account and all personal data we hold about you, submit the request below. Please use the email address associated with your MarketiStats account so we can verify your identity.
This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account erases:
- your account and login
- all projects and their settings
- every connected channel and its OAuth tokens
- all analytics, audits, and history we've collected
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
Prefer email? You can also reach us through our contact form.
Personal data is erased within 30 days of an account deletion request, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, payment records for tax purposes), as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Removing MarketiStats from Instagram & Facebook
You can also revoke MarketiStats' access directly from Meta at any time. Doing so stops us from retrieving any further data from that account:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select MarketiStats → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → select MarketiStats → Remove.
After you remove access on Meta, you may still want to follow Step 1 or Step 2 above to delete any data we have already stored.
4. Questions
